LockMyPicks is a free prediction game for sports fans. Make daily picks on baseball, pro football, MMA, golf majors, soccer, and more. Earn coins, climb leaderboards, and unlock cosmetic items. It is not a gambling platform — no real money is wagered on predictions.

Tap "Sign Up" on the app or visit lockmypicks.com. Choose a username, display name, and password. You'll also set up security questions for account recovery. No email or phone number is required.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and answer your security questions to reset your password. If you can't remember your security answers, contact us at the email above and we'll help you recover your account.

Coins are earned for free by making correct picks, maintaining daily streaks, spinning the daily wheel, completing achievements, and winning mini-games. Coins can be spent in the shop on cosmetic items like name colors, profile flair, taunts, and leaderboard effects. Coins have no real-world monetary value.

Packs contain random cosmetic items. Standard, Starter, and Premium packs are available for purchase. Items are purely cosmetic — they change how your name or row looks on leaderboards but provide no competitive advantage.

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID, or contact Apple Support directly.

Yes. Contact us at the email above with your username and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Account deletion is irreversible.

Pools let you compete with friends. Create a pool and share the invite code, or join an existing pool with a code. Each sport has its own pool type — pro football pick'em, golf major rosters, soccer brackets, and more. Your picks and standings are tracked within each pool.

Try closing and reopening the app, or check for updates in the App Store. If the problem continues, email us with a description of the issue and your device model and we'll look into it.
