Your prediction data (picks, scores, standings) is visible to other members of pools you voluntarily join. Your username and display name are visible on leaderboards within your pools.
Display names, taunts, and other text you set on LockMyPicks are visible to other users on leaderboards and within pools. You are responsible for the content you choose to display. LockMyPicks is not responsible for content displayed by other users. If you encounter inappropriate content, you may report it to us at lockmypicks@gmail.com.
LockMyPicks offers optional cosmetic purchases, including cosmetic packs and the Season Pass. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. LockMyPicks never receives, processes, or stores any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. For details, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you opt in to push notifications, a device token is stored to deliver alerts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or your LockMyPicks profile. Disabling notifications deletes the stored device token.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption and security practices. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your account data, picks, statistics, coins, and cosmetic items are removed from our systems. Residual data in automated backups may persist for a limited period before being purged through normal backup rotation. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you (such as aggregate leaderboard statistics) may be retained indefinitely.
LockMyPicks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.
