The virtual coins earned through the Daily Challenge and other features have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services. Coins are purely cosmetic currency used to unlock visual customizations within the platform.
Cosmetic packs are optional purchases made with virtual coins. Packs contain randomized cosmetic items — name effects, profile flair, taunts, and animated leaderboard effects. To be clear: spending money on LockMyPicks is never required, never affects gameplay, and never involves wagering on outcomes. Any private arrangements made between users outside of LockMyPicks are solely between those individuals and are not endorsed, facilitated, or managed by LockMyPicks.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use LockMyPicks. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must create their own account — sharing accounts is not permitted. All accounts are required to set up two security questions for account protection and password recovery. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner we deem inappropriate.

Display names, taunts, and other user-visible text you set on LockMyPicks are visible to other users on leaderboards and within pools. You are solely responsible for the content you display. LockMyPicks reserves the right to remove, modify, or reset any user content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms — without prior notice. LockMyPicks is not responsible for content displayed by other users.
LockMyPicks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, organization, athlete, game publisher, or broadcasting network. All team names, league names, athlete names, and game titles are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes within the prediction games. The use of these names does not imply any association or endorsement.
All code, design, branding, and content on LockMyPicks is the property of the creator of LockMyPicks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of LockMyPicks without explicit written permission. Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here solely for identification of the sporting events and competitions covered by the prediction games.
LockMyPicks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability. Your picks, scores, coins, cosmetic items, statistics, and account data may be lost or reset at any time due to technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Coins, cosmetic items, Season Pass rewards, and all virtual goods within LockMyPicks have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash. Virtual items may be modified, removed, or reset at any time. Loss of virtual items due to any cause does not entitle you to compensation of any kind.
Cosmetic packs contain randomized items. The contents of each pack are determined randomly at the time of opening. Specific items are not guaranteed. The availability and contents of packs may change at any time without notice.
LockMyPicks may offer a referral program that rewards users with virtual coins for inviting others to the platform. Referral rewards are virtual coins only and have no real-world monetary value. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. LockMyPicks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including creating duplicate accounts, may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

This includes changes to scoring systems, leaderboard resets, seasonal standings, coin values, cosmetic items, Season Pass structure and rewards, and any other aspect of the platform. Continued use of LockMyPicks after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LockMyPicks and its creator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LockMyPicks. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of virtual items, scoring errors, service interruptions, or any other issue related to the platform. By using LockMyPicks, you agree to hold harmless the creator and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or demands.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LockMyPicks and its creator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of LockMyPicks, your violation of these terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any content you display on the platform. This includes, without limitation, any claims arising from private arrangements or wagers made between users outside of LockMyPicks.
We collect only the information necessary to operate your account: a username, display name, password, and answers to two security questions for account recovery. We do not collect personal email addresses or phone numbers. Security question answers are stored securely and are used solely for password recovery verification. All in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple — LockMyPicks never sees, stores, or has access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. If you opt in to push notifications, a device token is stored to deliver alerts about match results and daily reminders — you can disable notifications at any time from your profile. LockMyPicks is free to use. All prediction games are free to play. Optional purchases — including cosmetic packs and the Season Pass — may be made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. LockMyPicks does not process payments directly. Items obtained through purchases are non-transferable and have no cash value. Purchases do not grant any competitive advantage.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of LockMyPicks shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and shall take place in the State of Montana.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against LockMyPicks or its creator. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and disputes shall proceed in the courts specified in Section 20.
By using LockMyPicks, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing on LockMyPicks constitutes professional, financial, or betting advice. All sports data, statistics, scores, and prediction outcomes are provided for entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on any information displayed on LockMyPicks to make financial or wagering decisions.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these terms, you forfeit all virtual items, coins, cosmetic items, Season Pass progress, and any other digital content associated with your account. No refunds or compensation will be provided for forfeited items, including items obtained through in-app purchases. LockMyPicks reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of LockMyPicks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
